Will Rock Counter send someone out to measure cabinetry?
Unfortunately, we do not go out to measure the space. We ask that you provide rough measurements to begin the design process. Ultimately, you will need to have your contractor/installer provide the final measurements.
Is the cabinetry custom?
ProCraft, Milania, and Forevermark are semi-custom cabinetry. We can only modify the depth of the cabinet box.
As for styles/colors, what you see on our website is what we offer. We do not custom paint the cabinetry.
What is the lead time for cabinetry?
Both Procraft and Forevermark lead time will be 7-10 business days, and Milania will be 2-3 weeks.
If you need a specific delivery date, please speak with your Rock Counter Designer to coordinate a specific date.
Does the cabinetry come assembled or unassembled?
Cabinetry can be delivered or picked up unassembled (RTA-Ready to Assemble) or assembled (RTI-Ready to Install).
